RATE CARD 2022
The photography industry can be seen as slightly unusual, as we charge per hour
for our work. This seems to be the fairest option as it protects both the interests of
the client and the photographer.
PROPERTY PHOTOGRAPHY
This rate starts at the point at which we enter the property and are set up for work. All styling is included in this time, meaning, the more effort you make to get your place ready for the shoot, the more time you will save.

PROPERTY VIDEOGRAPHY
We offer videography, editing and video titling services.

DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY
Drone footage is the perfect way to capture your neighbourhood or if you live on a smallholding. When booking drone shoots, please keep the weather in mind as we can't shoot in high winds or rain.

PHOTOGRAPHY
We offer virtual reality (VR) as part of our photography package at a discounted price. VR is a virtual tour of your home.

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING
It is essential to book for a real estate photo shoot at least a week in advance. Night shoots are especially in high demand and only one can be done per day.
Where a shoot is to be cancelled, we need three days' advance notification for such cancellation. If the booking is cancelled within 72 hours of the shoot, an invoice for 50% of the value of the shoot will be raised.
Terms and conditions
1. Bookings to be made at least a week in advance.
2. Cancellations of bookings to be made more than 72 hours before the shoot.
3. Where cancellations were not made more than 72 hours before a shoot, the following charges will apply:
3.1. Night shoots will attract a 100% cancellation fee (i.e. the full cost of a night shoot).
3.2. All other shoots will attract a 50% cancellation fee (i.e. half the cost of the shoot).
4. All properties to be photographed should be clean and ready for the shoot.
4.1. Where a property is not clean when the photographer arrives, a R500 cleaning fee may be charged.
4.2. For the end quality of the pictures, it is imperative that properties are cleaned properly before a photo shoot.
